Insurance repairs
Had an accident? Get an accurate quote from us, take it to your insurer, and once your claim is approved we'll restore your car to factory condition.
How it works
You manage the claim with your insurer. Our job is an accurate quote and a flawless, approved repair. Here's the flow.
Bring your car in or send us your details, and we'll prepare a detailed, itemised repair quote.
You send our quote to your insurance company and complete their claim forms to open the claim.
Your insurer sends an assessor to inspect the vehicle and the quote. Once they approve it, you're cleared to go ahead.
With approval in place, we repair, refinish and quality-check your car to original factory specification, and keep you updated.
Cleaned, finished and backed by our written workmanship warranty, ready on the firm completion date we gave you.
Your right to choose
On most claims you are entitled to choose who repairs your vehicle. Your insurer can't force you to use theirs. So bring your quote to us, and once your claim is approved we'll do the work to factory specification, never to a cut corner.
Backed by the Competition Commission's right-to-repair guidelines. Note: if your car is still under manufacturer warranty, an approved repairer may be required. Ask us and we'll advise honestly.
At the scene
A calm, simple checklist for the moments right after a collision, so keep it handy.
Move out of traffic if you can, switch on your hazards, and check that no one is hurt.
Take clear photos of your car, the other vehicle, and the wider scene. They help your claim.
Swap names, contact numbers, ID and vehicle details with any other drivers involved.
Report to the police where required and to your insurer to open the claim and get a reference number.
Send us your details and claim number (or bring the car in) for a fast, free repair quote.
Give our quote to your insurer; once your claim is approved, we carry out the work and keep you updated.

Insurance questions
Yes. A large part of our work is done through insurance. You get a quote from us, submit it to your insurer with their claim forms, and once it's approved (after their assessor inspects the vehicle) we carry out the repair.
*Workmanship warranty: 12 months; paintwork per the paint manufacturer's warranty; parts per the supplier's documentation; rust 1 year or balance of factory warranty. Terms apply.
