What's covered
Your warranty, broken down.
You receive your warranty details in writing with your completed repair. Exact cover depends on the repair and the parts and paint used.
A written warranty is only worth as much as the workmanship behind it. Every panel beating and spray painting job we complete in Randburg is backed in writing, so if something we did is not right, you have a clear, honest path to have it put right. It is the same standard Fred Fourie set in 1998: we do not consider a repair finished until it looks as though the damage never happened.
In practice, that means our 12-month workmanship warranty covers the quality of the work itself, while paint, parts and rust cover follow the relevant manufacturer or supplier terms. You will always know exactly where you stand, because the details are handed to you in writing when you collect your car.
